How do I access my HealthStream from home? ›

Open Internet Explorer and type the web address (also called a URL) provided by your administrator (for example: www.healthstream.com/hlc/FacilityName). You may have an HLC icon on your PC desktop or your institution's intranet. If so, double-click the HLC icon. The Login page appears.

Welcome to HealthStream. For your initial log-in, please use your Facility code followed by your employee # as your User ID and password. You will then be prompted to choose a new, unique, password.

HealthStream is mainly used by healthcare organizations, medical device companies, and pharmaceutical companies. How do I access HealthStream from home? To access HealthStream from a home network, users can go to the URL provided by the administrator and log in to the HealthStream portal.

If you are having trouble logging in, click "Forgot Your Password." Enter your User ID and click Submit (don't enter anything in the email field). If you have an email associated with your account, you will receive a system-generated email with a link to reset your password.

Your hStream ID is the account you use to access applications within the HealthStream ecosystem, like the new Resuscitation Skills mobile app. It includes the email address, phone number, and password you use to sign in and stores your security and contact details.

Forgot your password? Use the forgot password link above, BEFORE contacting a HealthStream Administrator. If you are locked out (after 3 failed attempts), you will be locked out for 15 minutes before you can try again. Please use the Forgot Password link if you cannot remember you password.

These can be accessed on an unlimited basis via the HealthStream platform or the highly utilized mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Reach out to your product's HealthStream contact to access your request form. Follow the instructions provided to you regarding the creation of your hStream ID. Wait for confirmation that your Community account has been created and your access has been provisioned.

If you have forgotten your User ID, please contact your HealthStream Administrator, local help desk, Education Department, or Human Resources Department. If you know your facility's HealthStream Learning Center URL, help with User IDs and passwords is often available on your facility's login page.

What is HealthStream used for? ›

HealthStream Learning Center is a web-based learning management platform designed to help healthcare organizations create, organize, and manage regulatory compliance training for the workforce.

The HealthStream Learning Center (HLC) allows administrators, depending on their role and affiliation, to develop, manage, assign and track completion of educational learning for their institutions. The key features include: Access to a comprehensive library of online courses.

Enter either the user ID or email address of his/her account. Click Submit. The HLC emails the user a confirmation of the password reset request. This email includes instructions and a link to complete the password reset process.

Passwords must be eight (8) or more characters in length. Passwords must include a combination of all of the following four characteristics: upper case, lower case, numeric and non-alpha numeric special symbols (!,#,$,% are all examples of this). Password reminders cannot contain the password.
