Just ok
Jun 2024 • Couples
Becoming dated and showing it's age... Seats are worn and the place looks deserted. Time or past time for an upgrade. Thirty minutes of previews is a bit much.

Great Movie Experience
Jul 2022
We saw Top Gun Maverick at a matinee and found the senior price to be great, $15.00 for 2 people. The seats are lounge type and there are speakers in the back of each chair. When you see the jets fly on the screen, your seats vibrate and you hear the engines roar from the back of the seat. great experience!

Clean and safe
Oct 2021
Went to the late showing on a Saturday evening - 10:40pm. Expect to see a bit of a mess that late, but trash had been emptied, everything was clean and the atmosphere felt safe.

Lots of Room
Mar 2020
Before COVID I tried to go every 2 weeks to a movie. Sometimes I ate the cafe food where they had cheeseburgers or chicken quesadillas. Very good. I would take them to my seat. Sometimes mostly popcorn because every year I would get the plastic refillable tub which was so cheap to refill. Then clean it at home and use again and again. Big enough for 2 people. This year they ran out fast but I got one. They also have a drink refillable cup which I don’t buy. Movie recliners clean and so comfy like being in your fav chair at home. Sometimes nobody seats in either side of me which I like. But if they did there was so much room between seats. Films at that theater are my favorite places to be. There are discount one day a week and for seniors. If you go to first matinee, it’s cheaper.

Ticket Purchasing So Slow
Jan 2020
6 people in line 15 min wait while they picked seats. 1 group had 4 kids with. 1 person selling tickets "really". Could go online but they charge $1.75 convenience fee. For whose convenience theirs or mine. I am done with Cinemark and their theaters. To many movies to see too many places to see them.

met all expectations

Spacious, well designed, comfortable seating, state of the art projection equipment and electronics, excellent food and drink service. Large clean restrooms. Many very convenient ways to purchase admission tickets. Excellent customer service.

Can't stand reserved seating
Dec 2019
So I can't stand reserved seating. It's a gimmick to prepare theatre goers for higher prices for preferred seats. I hate that I am stuck with seats sitting next to teens addicted to their cell phones (just happened the two nights ago), talkers, or whole families who continually go and come from the theatre. In the past, I could live and let live because I could get up and gracefully move. Now I can't, I am stuck. So I am done Cinemark. I have mourned the loss of the traditional movie theatre, and no amount of cushiony movie seats and arm rests are going to win me over. I used to go to the theatre regularly, and now I do not. Who needs this? I don't. I am actually glad that theatres are going out of business. Goodbye and good riddance.

Great theater
Sep 2019 • Couples
I prefer this place more than any theater in the surrounding area! We drive from Blakeslee always to get here rather than to Stroudsburg. The seats are the most comfortable recliner and parking is plentiful. We love Cinemark 20!!!

Downton Abbey the movie and some large iced coffees!
Sep 2019
We got there as the previews were showing and we ordered two iced coffees from the concession near the starbucks. Not sure that was starbucks coffee but it was coffee and it was good to have for a long movie. Cost around $10.50 for the coffees, which because it was bargain Tuesday was almost as much as admission around $5.50 each ticket. We sat in the handicapped seating. Our chairs could not recline. But that was no problem. Film was great and *Spoiler Alert* Parmuk, the Turkish Diplomat is still dead.
